Loyola Ecodome Myco Lab Tour

Join us for a presentation and tour of Loyola’s SES Ecodome where students build sustainable, equitable, and resilient food systems – including the cultivation of mushrooms! The edible fungi produced are then made available at Archie’s Cafe in Rogers Park, the Edgewater Farmers Market, and donated. Loyola School of Environmental Sustainability’s Urban Agriculture student and IMA member Madi Biesinger will give a short talk and then tour us around the mycology lab to see how the process happens!
