This is our first survey of the year, and hopefully with the mild weather, morel season will be in full swing. Last year at this time we found some fun spring fungi including two types of true Morels, Devil’s Urns, Eyelash Cups, Gyromitra, Verpa conica, Lachnum virgineum and several others.
